Gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. Must be entirely redeemed at one time. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Vouchers may not be valid on selected dates such as Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays, Easter, Mother's Day and Valentine's. Should the voucher entitle the guest/s to Dinner in the Glasshouse Restaurant, the allocated dining value is up to £45 per person and excludes beverages. Any overage will be charged for on departure. Dog friendly vouchers entitle the guest/s to stay with a maximum of one dog per room. Guests redeeming a dog friendly voucher must ensure they abide by Oakley Hall's "Pup Rules" which can be found here: www.oakleyhall-park.com/dog-friendly-information. Cancellation of a booking less than 48 hours notice will render the voucher null & void. Experience Partners reserve the right to amend or withdraw experiences at their discretion. On rare occasions, experiences may become unavailable for reasons beyond our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for any costs you may incur as a result.
