Gift voucher features a unique reference ID, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. Must be entirely redeemed at one time. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Vouchers may not be valid on selected dates such as Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays, Easter, Mother's Day and Valentine's.
